feat: ReJson/TairJson support

- string.ts: rejsonGet, rejsonSet, rejsonDel using JSON.GET/SET/DEL
- IPC + preload for rejsonGet/rejsonSet
- New ReJsonEditor.vue: Monaco JSON editor with JSON.GET/SET
- KeyDetail: dispatch ReJSON-RL/json/tair-json types to ReJsonEditor
